Include the game mode, level, difficulty, iPhone model, iOS/app version, a problem description and optionally a screenshot. Do not send passwords or payment details. Gameplay recordings are not automatically sent to support.

How to play

Destroy the robots and protect the crystal. A swap, rotation, build or separate firing action costs a move and triggers numbered robot fire. Swap changes adjacent cells; in Workshop, robots stay put and you build tools. Your first Workshop move must be a build. Find the guide and rules in the main menu.

Hints and skips

You start with 5 hints and 5 skips shared across both modes. Every 10 new hint-free levels earn one hint; 30 newly completed levels earn one skip. Replaying a win does not multiply rewards, and skipping alone is not a win. Hint use stays marked after restart.

At zero, one hint returns after 30 minutes or one skip after 24 hours. Waiting does not build an additional stockpile. Assists cannot be bought for money.

Saving and another device

You can play offline without a mandatory account. The local game saves automatically on your phone. Optional Sign in with Apple enables backup and progress transfer, including results, recordings and assists, through private CloudKit. Open Apple profile from the main menu. The game uses the iCloud account signed in on the device; on another device check both the iCloud account and the game's Apple sign-in.

When saves differ, choose the local/cloud version carefully. Hint and skip balances are not added together. The developer has no administrative access to other players' private games. If iCloud reports an error, local progress stays on your phone. Confirm successful synchronization before reinstalling; deleting the app may delete the local game.

Signing out is not data deletion. Open Apple profile → Delete cloud profile → Delete profile and backup to remove the cloud save used by this version, the Keychain sign-in identifier and local synchronization metadata. As the confirmation explains, progress and assists remain on the phone in a separate guest game.

Then remove this game's Apple access using Apple guide: remove access, shown after deletion and retained after relaunch. Apple's official instructions. The app does not revoke authorization automatically; hiding the guide is not revocation. When revocation is detected, the sign-in session and associated synchronization identifiers are cleared.

Purchases

A one-time paid download at a planned Czech App Store price of CZK 99. The App Store shows final price and availability. No ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Apple handles purchase and refund requests.
